Feedback on draft Standards

The draft Standards are organised around five outcomes statements that mirror the five quality areas of ASQA’s self-assurance model.

Anyone wishing to provide written feedback is able to do so using the online survey tool by 31 January 2023. It is recommended that respondents read the Consultation Paper before providing feedback.

Consultation Paper and Forums

A paper is available that gives context to the proposed changes, including an explanation of the intent behind each focus area. A series of forums are being held across the country in November and December.

ASQA’s self-assurance model

ASQA’s working model for self-assurance has been co-designed with providers and VET stakeholders.  It ‘provides a framework for the systems and practices providers can undertake to monitor quality and compliance and continuously improve their performance against the Standards.’

What does co-designed with providers mean ?

96 representatives of RTOs participated through face-to-face focus groups, online focus groups, online in-depth interviews
