The RTO holds public liability insurance that covers the scope of its operations throughout its registration period.

QCI consideration

  • Does your RTO have a certificate of currency (not a quote or invoice)?
  • Does this certificate make it clear that it covers the operations of the RTO and that there are no restrictions on the activities covered?
  • Is it easily accessible at audit time?
